Slow Stir Society ~ Membership Is Paid in Patience
A proper stir takes as long as it takes, and the guests can wait. Every round of is-it-ready-yet gets the same calm look over the mixing glass. A minute or ten is a perfectly honest estimate.
- Founding Member: Has never rushed a Manhattan and never will.
- The Calm Look: Perfected over years of hovering friends.
- Dues Collected: Paid in forty clockwise rotations, no refunds.
